Tony was a very annoying and nosy neighbour who kept an eye on the community, revealing everyone’s secrets to one another. His neighbours had finally had enough of him and decided to hire a witch to deal with the situation. She transformed him into the upper half of a plastic mannequin and placed him atop two security cameras outside the local community hall. This way, he could still watch over the community but would never be able to join in for the rest of eternity.
